WHAT IS STY?
In short, sty is how you look on the ice. At the most basic level, hockey sty consists of a black cage, front sock tuck, white or black stick tape and white laces, however it does go much deeper than that. Some things that also go into sty are flow, cage hang, tape job, and clear game. We not only take a look at everything by itself but also the big picture. For a rating of your specific sty, DM us on Instagram @sty.hockey.
HOW DO I GET A POST OR BE IN A TOURNAMENT?
For a post on Instagram, DM us a clear picture from the front of you playing hockey on Instagram. Waitlists can be long at times, so feel free to direct message us a new picture any time before the post if you feel that you've improved your sty. For a post on TikTok, the same goes but please message this account instead. To be in a tournament, you can follow the same procedure as a post but tell us you'd like to be in a tourney. We also put a sign up on our story a few days before each tournament, so putting your name in the question sticker also gives you a chance to be in. This fills up fast, however, so your best bet is probably to message us directly.
HOW CAN I BECOME PART OF THE STY HOCKEY TEAM?
Generally speaking, we are not accepting new owners at the moment. However, if a candidate applies and really brings something new and different to the table we may invite them to be part of the team. To apply, fill out this link and DM us on Instagram so we can look it over as soon as possible.
HOW MANY ACCOUNTS AND PAGES DOES STY HOCKEY HAVE?
Aside from our main Instagram, we also have a backup Instagram, and a Tiktok. While there are a few other sty pages, these are our only official accounts.
